How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment to start therapy send a message here.

I will get back to you within 2 days to set up your appointment.

What is your availability for sessions?

I have times during the day and evenings Monday to Friday.

I understand how busy life can be so I aim to be flexible and work around you.

Can I just have an one off session?

Yes. There may be times when we just want to feel heard and talk about how we are feeling or something that has happened to us.

Message me here if you are interested in having one session.

How many sessions can I have?

You can have as many sessions as you like. There is no limit to how many sessions you have with me.

What sort of therapy do you offer?

My therapy is mainly person centred however I also use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and creative therapy. This is something that we can discuss during our consult or our first session together.

During our sessions together I will go at your pace and we will only use therapies that you are comfortable using.

What payment do you use?

I accept cash and bank card for face to face sessions. For online and face to face sessions I accept bank transfers and card payment.

You can also pay for sessions in bulk if convenient.

What is Low Cost Counselling?

Low cost counselling is the same in terms of therapy the only difference is the fee is lower.

I offer 3 spaces of low cost counselling at any one time. The cost of low cost counselling is £20 - £30 per session, you decide how much you would like to pay.

What if there are no spaces left for Low Cost Counselling?

If there are no spaces left for Low Cost Counselling then you can either go onto the waitlist and as soon as a space becomes available I will let you know.

Or you can start therapy at my normal fee.
