It can be daunting starting therapy. Especially if you have never had therapy before.

It is very important to me that as your therapist you feel heard, seen and understood. I want to offer you a warm, comfortable and non judgemental space during our time together.

My therapy approach

Therapy can be an incredible journey. Together we can grow a strong therapeutic relationship which will impact the work that we do. With regular reviews, a safe, comfortable environment with honesty, empathy and compassion therapy can help you to reach the goals that you set out at the beginning of our sessions together.

I use person centred therapy, psychotherapy, neuroscience as well as regulating techniques and creativity in my practise. I work with you at your pace and use therapy best suited to you

Therapy sessions can take place face to face or online or a mix of both.
